She is survived by: her children, Eddie Simpson, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM and Andrea Mixon of Birmingham, AL; her siblings, David Collins, Sr. (Laura), Rose L. Collins of Houston, TX and Cheryl Christine Mouton of Opelousas, LA; and her godchild Ebone (Mouton-Orville).
