She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Lebine; her parents, Quincy Stevens and Rita Semien Stevens; her siblings, Eugene Stevens, Murlin Stevens, Earl Stevens and Silverene Stevens; her great-aunt Hazel Semien; her great-uncles, Ivory Semien, Joshua Semien and Hurley Semien; and her brother-in-law Monroe Collins Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John Lebine (Pauline) of Opelousas, Darin Lebine of Opelousas, Michael T. Lebine (Judy) of Opelousas, Christopher Lebine (Shawndolyn) of Lafayette, Bonus, Terry Lebine of Lake Charles, Jackie Lebine of Lake Charles, Lisa Lebine of Lake Charles and David Roy Lebine of Lake Charles; her sisters, Joyceline Collins, Mardrie Mayo and Lois Collins (John); her sons, James and Carmichael Edwards of Arlington; and her grandchildren, Avion, Da'Mikris, JonQuarius, Jeorgette, A'Kaisha, Nasya, Kazenski, Jeremy, Rhondasia, Kayla, LaDarius, Breana, Jaquez and Kascity. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
