He is survived by: his children, Carlton Handy, Jr. (Linda) of Lafayette, LA, Carolyn Myers (Bobby) of Opelousas, LA, Alicia Jerry (Hubert) of Opelousas, LA, Starlette Berry (Kirk) of Opelousas, LA and Kimberly Handy of Opelousas, LA; and his siblings, Mary Lazard of Opelousas, LA, Ruth Lazard of Opelousas, LA and Ernest Lazard of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
