He was predeceased by: his siblings, Chip DeJean, Bob DeJean, Jr. and Sherri DeJean Alario. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Dick Alario and Jeanette DeJean; and his nieces and nephews, Christine DeJean, Courtney Moore, Lecie Alario Israel, Stacee Alario Reeves, Robb DeJean and Tyler DeJean.
A memorial service will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
