He was predeceased by: his grandfather Adam Ford, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Ford and Renea Landry Ford of Opelousas, LA; his grandparents, Martha C. Ford of Opelousas, LA, Murphy and Gail Landry of Opelousas, LA; his brothers, Jerry Wilson of Opelousas, LA and Baylin Ford of Opelousas, LA; and his godparents, Misti Ravare of Opelousas, LA, Jeremy Carron of Opelousas, LA and Nyla Ford of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
