She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Valex Nezat and Laura Carriere Nezat; and her siblings, Pruitt Nezat, Milburn Nezat, Eugene Nezat, Jospeh Valex Nezat, Joseph Vinton Nezat, Verna Horning, Mary Brown Davila and Joyce Gonzales.

She is survived by: her children, Gordon Brent Pitre (Andrea) of Youngsville and Darlene Pitre Richard (Keith) of Baton Rouge; and her siblings, Johnnie Nezat of Metairie and Laura Nezat Mouton (Gerald) of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
