She was predeceased by: her parents, Dovick Simien and Evella Simien; and her siblings, Beverly Abraham, Linda Hanson, Linton Simien and Delton Simien.
She is survived by: her former husband Allen Fontenot, Sr. of Mamou, LA; her sons, Darrell Ledee of Opelousas, LA and Joseph Ledee (Hannah) of Eunice, LA; her stepson Allen Fontenot; her daughters, Debbie Ledee of Opelousas, LA and Paula Ledee (Bardrecke Ware) of Opelousas, LA; her stepdaughter Andrea Fontenot Brown; and her siblings, Larry Simien of Opelousas, LA, Mary Maturin of Lake Charles, LA and Betty Rideaux (Willie) of Lake Charles, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
