It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Augustus Felix Jr. of Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Felix, Sr. and Sophie L. Felix; his brothers, Nathan "Flut" Felix and Clifton Winbush; his brother-in-law Charles Lewis; his nephew Antonio Felix; his grandson Germany McWillis Miller, Jr.; and his niece Yvette.

He is survived by: his wife Claudette L. Felix of Opelousas, LA; his children, Germany Miller (Shuntell) of Opelousas, LA, Hilton Miller (Raven) of Abbeville, LA and Joy C. Richard of New Orleans, LA; his siblings, Ozzie Felix of Opelousas, LA, Lucy Lewis of Opelousas, LA and Dorothy Lewis (Herbert) of Opelousas, LA; his godson Xavier Newman of Opelousas, LA; his close friend Betty Young of Opelousas, LA; and his grandchildren, Jalisia Miller, Summer Miller, Kieonna Miller and Autumn Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
