He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine Rene and Rose Rene; and his siblings, Barbara Durand, Eldean Tatman, Loicey Mae Rene, Hillard Rene' and Ronald Rene.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Rene; and his children, Tina Thomas (Curley), David Rene' (Rachel), James Rene', John Rene' (Fantricia) and Michael Rodriguez (Vanessa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
