He is survived by: his wife Hilda Hyman Franklin of Olla; his daughters, Lori Franklin of Olla and Najla Franklin Windham (Kevin) of Jena; his siblings, Dale Brown (Mary Ellen) of Panama City, FL and Barbara Gregory (Bob) of Kelly, LA; his cousin Bill Norvell (Jewel) of Pleasant Hill; his grandsons, Noah Windham (Katie), Hunter Windham and Dylan Windham; his great grandchildren, Lucas Windham of Jena, LA and Anna Kate Windham of Jena, LA; and his pet Baylee.
