With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joshua Lee Humphries of Olla, Louisiana, born in Columbia, Louisiana, who passed away on February 2, 2022 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew Kohen Lane Humphries; his grandparents, George, Mavis Humphries and Dalton Meredith; and his uncles, Steve Humphries, Glenn Humphries and Jeff Humphries.

He is survived by: his parents, Melba Blackmon Powe (David) and Tracy Humphries (Kathy); his grandmother Norma Meredith; his siblings, Kim Humphries and Jordan Humphries (Amanda); his stepbrothers, Colby Powe (Lindsay), Ryan Powe and Dustin Powe; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Blackwell, Wyatt King, Lincoln Powe, Jenna Humphries, Alli Powe and Theia Powe.

The family would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love, prayers, food, donations and all the help they have received during this time.
