He is survived by: his former wife Gracie Biggs of Pineville; his son Stephen Scott Biggs; his wife Deanna Biggs of Forney, Texas; his sister Joan Sykes (Leon Sykes) of Ball, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Biggs, Avery Biggs of Urania, Louisiana and Olivia Biggs of Forney, Texas; and his friends, Marvin and Jennifer Daniel of Olla, Louisiana.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
