He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edgar George and Mary Jane George; his daughter Marla George; his wife Dorothy Peppers George; his daughters, Melissa Randall (Lori), Lisa Saxon (David) and Malaina George; his grandchildren, Chelcey, Madison Henry, Dustin and Justin Saxon; and his siblings, Francine George Hinton and Wayne George (Joyce).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zion Hill Baptist Church (190 LA-127, Olla, LA 71465). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
