He was predeceased by: his parents, John James Exline and Hilda Carroll Exline. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Harvey and Billy Exline II; his girlfriend Sheila Temple; and his siblings, Betty Knight, Linda Carraway, Polly Exline, Tom Exline and C. M.. He is also survived by grandchildren.
