He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Tolbert Hartzo; his son David Hartzo Phillip (Mandy); his grandchildren, Blake, Gracie, Connor and Nash; his brothers, Derrel Hartzo (Judy) and Hugh Beene (Juanez); his sister-in-law Patricia Carter Hartzo; and his nephews, Blake Hartzo and Nash Hartzo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
