She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Blizzard and Pauline Blizzard (Hayes); her husband Kenneth Wendell; her son Chet; her brother Noah Alan Blizzard; and her sons-in-law, Jim Harris and James Creel.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Angie and Jeannie; her sister Billie Mae Ridge (Blizzard); her sister-in-law Theresa Blizzard; and her grandchildren, Tracey, Melissa Jeane, Michelle of Jim, KC, Nicole, Meghan, Noah and Chloé Jeane. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oil City Pentecostal Church (701 LA-1, Oil City, LA 71061). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
