He is survived by: his wife Polly Buller Patrick; his sons, Michael Patrick, Matthew Patrick (Veronica), Allen Cooley (Kristy) and Joseph LeBlue (Jessie); his grandchildren, Trenton, Kaitlyn, Jared, Adam Chase, Chase Austin, Leighton, Breanna, Maykah, Novalee and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Allison and Ella; and his siblings, Deandra Layman and Darlene Landry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
