He is survived by: his wife Irene Allison Webb of Oakdale; his siblings, Raymond Webb of Virginia, Lawrence Webb of Alexandria, Charles Webb of Seattle, Washington, Mae Margaret Chapelle of Seattle, Kathy Mack of Seattle and Gwen Allen of Dublin, Georgia; and his mother-in-law Attie Allison of Vidrine. He is also survived by his loving children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
