She was predeceased by: her husband David Douglas Talbert; and her brother Milton Edward "Butch" Stewart. She is survived by: her children, John Thomas Talbert of Lake Charles, Christopher Todd Talbert (Katrina) of Vinton, Sarah Stacey Talbert Humphries (Kenneth) of Oakdale and Lindsay Laine Talbert Costa (Ricardo) of Shreveport; her grandchildren, Christian Thomas Talbert, Matthew David McGee, Joshua Tyler McGee, Cameron Todd Talbert, Gracie Ann Welch, Taylor Elizabeth Talbert, Maegan Nichole Talbert, Kathryn Grace Humphries, Libby Nicole Humphries and Andrew "Andy" David Costa; and her sister Mary Ann Stewart Sanders.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (210 W Beck Ave, Oakdale, LA 71463). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location.
