It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tangela Carroll of Oakdale, Louisiana, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Willis and Audrey Willis; and her siblings, Calvin, Rodney Willis, Connie Clark and Kathy Willis.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Wisby of Oakdale; and her siblings, Ronnie Lynn Willis of Oakdale, Rita Willis of Oakdale and Regina Carter (Morris) of Woodworth. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and five great nieces and nephews.
