He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Chapman and Pearl Chapman; and his sister Linda Hoskins. He is survived by: his sister Gayle Hebert of Oberlin; his nephew Dewayne Chapman of Fairview; his niece Tina Johnson (Brian) of Oakdale; his great-nephew Caleb Johnson of Oakdale; his great-niece Chloe Perkins (Ty) of Oceanside, CA.; and his friends, Carl Webb of Fairview and Tammy Dowels (Donny) of Shreveport.
