He is survived by: his caregivers, Larry and Connie Perkins of Moss Bluff; his nieces and nephews, Sara Whitaker, Bridget Manuel, Susie Spellman, Lulu Perkins, Gary Grillette and Glen Holley; and also Robert N. Perkins of The Woodlands, Texas.
