She is survived by: her husband John E. Perkins of Oakdale; her daughter Karla Rider (Phil) of Natchitoches; her brother Alfred Perry of Alvin, Texas; her grandchildren, Courtney Thompson (Brian) of Oakdale, Kassie Rider of Oakdale and Tanner Rider (Chelsi) of Oakdale; and her great grandchildren, Brooke Maddox, Graci Thompson, Maddox Thompson, Gavin Thompson, Skylee Moon, Jemma Gilley, Piper Keiser, Denver Keiser, Kinslee Smith and Haven Smith.
