It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Vining of Oakdale, Louisiana, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Vining; and his brother Jerry Vining. He is survived by: his wife Cheri O'Banion Vining; his daughter Amy Vining Goll; his son-in-law Brandon Goll; his grandchildren, Andrew Charles Goll and Addison Claire Goll; his mother Myrtle Vining; his siblings, Ronald Vining, Mary Vining Stephenson and Peggy Vining Ancelet; and his goddaughter Sarah Ancelet.
