She is survived by: her former spouse Nacy Perkins; her spouse Chinell Sanderson; her daughter Earlene Perkins; her grandchildren, Theotis Taylor, Jr. and Rachelle Taylor; her adoptive son Dr. John Quary of Victoria, TX; her great grandchildren, Brandon of Oakdale, Brad of Oakdale, Justin of Oakdale, Matthew Taylor of Oakdale, Shanel Taylor of Las Vegas and Jalisa Taylor of Los Angeles; her goddaughter Sarah Antoine-Richard; and her nephew Mervin Antoine, Jr. of Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
