She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Moreno and Retta Moreno; her husband Stanley H. Skoug; and her brother-in-law Arnold Miller. She is survived by: her sons, Joel Skoug (Melonie) and Lenny Skoug (Cindy); her sister Louise Miller of Oakdale; her grandchildren, David Skoug (Trish) and Allison Lemmons (D. K.); her great grandchildren, Arianna Skoug, Jonathon Lemmons, Rebbecca Lemmons, Sophia Lemmons and Katie Lemmons; and her niece Carol Skaggs.
