He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Douget Perkins; his granddaughter Anne Alexandra Perkins; his parent Asa Perkins; his siblings, Bernice Perkins Willis, Raymond Perkins, Philip Perkins, Audie Perkins, Cedric Perkins, Quinten Perkins, Dorothy Perkins Jones, Luzon Perkins, Yvonne Perkins, Ed Perkins and Alvin Perkins; and his mother Margaret Willis Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Kendra Perkins Achord (Justin) of Alexandria, LA; his grandchildren, Laura and Flynn; his son Kendal Perkins (Gerra) of Alexandria, LA; and his granddaughters, Kate and Caroline. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
