He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Soignier; his parents, Willie Soignier and Eunice Soignier; his siblings, Buck Soignier, Vivian MacDonald and Sue Kennedy; and his grandson Shane Soignier.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Soignier (Mandy) of Holly Beach, Robert Soignier (Angela) of Temple, Texas, Brenda Warner (John) of Sparks and Theresa Turner (Greg) of West Monroe; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Andrews (Mark) of Marion, Donna Regan of Egan and Jaime Johnson (Patrick) of Oakdale; and his brother Butch Soignier of West Monroe. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
