She was predeceased by: her sons, Murphy "Andy" Ashworth and William Sam Burnett; her grandson Mark Alvis Willis; and her siblings, Margaret Aline Dickens, Mary Magdeline Cottongin and Hoyce Myers.
She is survived by: her children, John Oliver McKay (Ruth) of Ft. Leonard Wood, Johnny Ray Ashworth (Rhonda) of Oakdale, Paul David Cudd (Jackie) of Elizabeth, Stonewall Jackson Burnette of Oakdale and Priscilla Ashworth Wilson of Oakdale. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
