He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Downs of Wisconsin, Cynthia Meyer (Steve) of Lafayette and Susan Swinnea (Mark) of Oakdale; his brother Gary Downs (Glenda); his grandchildren, Logan Meyer, Abigail Meyer, Jessica Hebert, Lucas Swinnea and Saralis Beth Williams; and his great grandchildren, Presley Swinnea, Scarlett Swinnea, Kennedy Swinnea, Simeon Hebert, Isaiah Hebert and Jeremiah Hebert.
