He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welch and Amanda Gentz Welch; and his sisters, Florence Hill (Earl) and Barbara Foster (CF). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lee Paul Welch; his children, Tommy Welch of Oakdale, Donny Welch (Garnett) of Oakdale, Jeff Welch (Shawnette) of Sugartown and Byron Welch (Melanie) of Elizabeth; his brothers, Doran Welch (Beverly) of Cedar Rapids and Tom Welch (Dorothy) of Anamosa, Iowa; his grandchildren, Loren Rollins (Jacob), Cody Welch (Hanna McBride), Dustin Welch (Andrew Welch), Sydney Welch, Natalie Welch (Jacob Welch) and Gracie Welch; and his great grandchildren, Carsyn Welch of Oakdale, Valor Rollins of Oakdale and Addie Welch of Oakdale.
