He was predeceased by: his brother Noah Perkins; and his grandfathers, J. E. Perkins and Sidney Peloquin. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Perkins (Michelle) and Amy Bordelon (Gabe); his siblings, Dylan Perkins (Jada) of Kinder, Jace Adams, Zach Richmond (Bradley) of Oakdale, Eric Richmond (Richlyn) of Eunice, Jason Walker of Oakdale, Jon Bordelon, Karli Perkins and Jacee Adams of Oakdale; and his grandmothers, Joann Perkins of Oakdale and Diana Kay Leger (Ricky) of Eunice.
