He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Otis (Carlos) of Columbia, Sarah Brown (Darrell) of Columbia and Marilyn Otis of Hoschton, Georgia; his stepsons, Armando Pantoja (Noemi) of Tampa and Mario Pantoja of Dallas, Texas; his siblings, Herbert Louis Otis of Port Arthur, George Otis of Baytown, Jerry Otis of Killeen, Texas and Margaret Thomas (Juanita Cox) of Oakdale; his sister-in-law Marie Otis-Sutton of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Antwain Brown, Isaac Potter, III, Darrell Brown Jr. (Myia), Christopher Potter, Vetina Potter, Antoinette Potter (Thurmond) and Jasemine Brown (Tyrone); and his stepgrandchildren, Armando Pantoja, Jr. and Isabel Pantoja. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
