He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Monroe Rollins and Dorothy Rollins; and his brother Neal Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Doris Mayeaux Rollins of Oakdale; his son Carl "Bubba" Rollins, Jr.; his stepchildren, Brian Keith Sayer of California, Monica McCaskell (Keith) of West Monroe and Karla Wilburn (James) of Baton Rouge; his siblings, Donald Monroe Rollins of Oakdale, Robert Carlton Rollins (Tina) of Oakdale, Richard Rollins (Betty) of Beaver and Dorothy Elizabeth Rollins (Mitch) of Oberlin; his grandson Jacob Rollins; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey Wilburn and Camille Massey; and his great grandchild Valor Rollins.
