He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blaylock and Imogene Blaylock; and his brothers, Willie Blaylock and Everett Blaylock. He is survived by: his children, Christy Blaylock, Daryl of Calhoun, Ricky Blaylock (Betty) of Start and Melissa Blaylock Lively (Matt) of Meridian, MS; his grandchildren, Dakota Bryant, Cheyenne Bryant, Harleigh Blaylock, Lilly Lively, Katherine Hughes and Jenny Cardin; his great grandchildren, Hayden Hughes, Addie Hughes, Gabe Hughes, Killian Blaylock, Olivia Cardin and Jolenne Cardin; and his sisters, Sandy Smith and Ester Blaylock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
