He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Waltman and Cora Brooks Hicks; and his wife Frances Hudson Waltman. He is survived by: his children, Billy Ed Waltman of Dennard, AR, Lorenda "Sissy" Baker of Oak Grove, LA, David B. Waltman (Denice) of West Monroe, LA, Judy Ray of Marion, LA, Keith Darrell Waltman (Rebecca) of Eudora, AR, Glen William Waltman (Rex Ann) of Oak Grove, LA and Francene Evans of Oak Grove, LA.. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 3-great-great grandchildren.
