He is survived by: his wife Ava Celeste Neal (Boutwell) of Lakeside, Texas; his sons, Gaige Neal of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Brantley Neal of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his stepdaughter Celeste Highsmith (Gentry) of San Antonio, Texas; his brother Tracey Jay Neal; his sister-in-law Kim Neal (Reeves) of Port Arthur, Texas; his sister Inez; his brother-in-law Johnny Miller of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his sisters, Dolly Michelle Neal of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Becky; his brother-in-law Delaney Lewis of Downsville, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Easton Neal, Sawyer Neal and Wesley Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
