She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Joe Sims; her parents, James Gault and Lee Gault; her children, Sharon Davenport, David Joe Sims, Aubrey Lee Sims and Johnny Wayne Sims; her brother Norman Gault; and her grandchildren, Stephen Sims, Brandi Sims and Renee Sims.
She is survived by: her son Steve Sims; and her daughters-in-law, Paula Faye Sims of Columbia, Louisiana, Bonnie Sim of Bastrop, Louisiana and Debbie Sims of Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
