He was predeceased by: his parents, Blasco Chop and Julia Chop (Poje); his siblings, Milton Chop, Bobby Chop, Diane Chop Malnar, Julia Chop, Dixie Chop, Frank Chop, Joe Chop, Rosia Chop Culver and Luther Chop; and his son-in-law Bruce Rye.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Chop (Wactor) of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his children, Jeanie Chop Rye of Oak Grove and David Chop; his daughter-in-law Libby Chop of Oak Grove; his son Jeff Chop; his daughter-in-law Belinda Chop of Oak Grove; his son Todd Chop; his daughter-in-law Mandy Chop of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Brandon Rye, Chad Rye, Matthew Rye, Patrick Rye, Eryn Short (Chris), Cody Chop, Haley Pulliam (Micah), Sara Beth Chapman (Lewis), Katelyn Schexnaildre (John), Natalie Chop, Blaine Chop (Ashton) and Caroline Elliott (Blake); and his siblings-in-law, Jane Wactor of Oak Grove, Melba, Sherrell Hammack of Claremore, Oklahoma and Virginia Chop of Oak Grove. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 15 neices and nephews; brother-in-law.
