She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuel Philley, Sr. and Nippy Philley (McDaniel); and her grandparents, Cap McDaniel and Evelyn McDaniel (Cheek). She is survived by: her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Jason Reeves of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her daughter Carrie (Kevin Key); her grandchildren, Austin Key of Oak Grove, Kelsey Reeves of Oak Grove, Addison Reeves of Oak Grove, Cadie Key of Oak Grove, Bryson Reeves of Oak Grove and Carson Key of Oak Grove; her great grandchild Estella Begale of Oak Grove; her sister C. C.; her brother-in-law Tony Robian of Farmerville, Louisiana; her sister Cherry; her brother-in-law Steve Rye of Pioneer, Louisiana; her brother Sam; her sister-in-law Sherry Philley of Oak Grove; and her sister Mary Philley of Oak Grove. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Oak Grove (200 E Noble St, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
