She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Morse; her son Dennis R. Morse; her parents, James Elijah Sims and Lillie Viola Sims (Hammett); and her sister Lillie Zola Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Michael Morse of Topeka, Kansas, Barbara Dye of Mer Rouge, Louisiana, Carolyn Rogers of De Ridder, Louisiana, Regina Ainsworth of Pearl, Mississippi and Janice Mullican of West Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
