She was predeceased by: her father John David Miles; her grandmother Kate Bowman Irby; her mother-in-law Joy Ann Peterson (Richardson); and her brother-in-law Jerry Bullard. She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Welch of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her mother Rebecca Ruth Miles Mayhall (Irby) of Oak Grove; her son Justin; her daughter-in-law Kitty Welch of Oak Grove; her daughter Brittany Welch of Oak Grove; her sisters, Catherine Bullard of Oak Grove and Lisa; and her brother-in-law John Davis of Bastrop, Louisiana. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
