She was predeceased by: her husband Benny Chop; her daughter Toni Renee Welch; her parents, Marion Dukes and Maudie Dukes; and her siblings, Charles Dukes, Merle Raines and Patricia "Pat" Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Lucas (Chester) of Forest, LA, John Michael Chop (Debra) of Goodwill, LA, Connie Jo Still (Rodney) of Goodwill, LA, Rickey Dale Chop of Fiske Union, LA and Lillie Ann King (Michael) of Cave Springs, AR; and her siblings, Donna Adams, Linda Bray and Tom Dukes. She is also survived by grandchildren; 6-great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown-Holley Funeral Home (10324 LA-17, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at the Beulah Cemetery (104 N Old Kilbourne Rd, Oak Grove, LA 71263).
