She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Wasson; her sons, James Allen Wasson and William Earl "Billy" Wasson; her granddaughter Heidy Wasson; her parents, Thomas Lawson Burchfield and Nancy Ellen Permenter Burchfield; and her sisters, Sally Bond, Annie Ruth Dean and Nancy Carole Pugh.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Aaron of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Janet Riley of Oak Grove, Louisiana and David; her daughter-in-law Jane Wasson of Loranger, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Julie Lee, Larry Boyte (Christy), Allen Wasson (Beth), Ethan Wasson (Serinity), Ashley Wasson, Brandon Riley (Brandi), Cassidy Riley (Dee Dee), Heather Wasson and Kiley Cox (Mark). She is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
