With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Daniel Bain of Oak Grove, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Bain, and H. T. Bain; and his sisters, Coletha Frost, Kathy Easterling and Yvonne Neal.

He is survived by: his sons, Justin Daniel Bain and Jonathan David Bain; his wife Julia; and his siblings, Mary Bain and Harry T. Bain, III.

Ed was very supportive of community & charity events as well as winning a National Amateur Softball Championship with his brother in 1986 in Atlanta, Georgia.
