He was predeceased by: his wives, Brenda Mobley and Loraine Mobley; his sons, Raymond Mobley and James Mobley, Sr.; his parents, William Mobley, Sr. and Zula Mobley; and his brothers, Doyle Mobley and William Mobley, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Mobley (Brenda), Glen Mobley, Sr., Greg Mobley, Sr. (Haz), William Ellis (Angie) and Christy Madgett; his grandchildren, Jessica Holiman (Christopher), Jennifer Chennault (Nathan), Latosha Sparks (Zack), Glen Mobley, Jr., James D. Mobley, II, Danyelle Puerta (John), Greg Mobley, II, Melissa Carter and Jerry Cater, Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Mobley and Opal Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First United Pentecostal Church of Oak Grove (126 Horton Ln, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
