He is survived by: his wife Edna Joy Manning (Sanches) of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his son Clarence Wendell Manning; his daughter-in-law Ashley Manning (Ewing) of Monroe, Louisiana; his sons, Michael Edwin Manning of Nashville, Tennessee and Rodney Vince Manning; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Manning (Fallin) of Ruston, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Matthew Paul Manning (Chastin Manning) of Cordova, Tennessee, Mary-Margaret Arnold (Nicholas), Margaret Louise Manning of Shreveport, Louisiana, Clarence Jefferson Manning, III of Nashville, Tennessee and Rosemary Joy Manning of Monroe, Louisiana; and his great grandchild Megan Kate Arnold of Anacortes, Washington..
