He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Atkinson; his sons, Charley Atkinson, Jr. (Bea) of Silsbee, TX, Jerry Atkinson (Shelly) of Silsbee, TX and Kenneth Atkinson of Oak Grove, LA; his siblings, Pauline Crenshaw of Oak Grove, LA, Mary Louise Crenshaw (Mike) of Epps, LA, Betty Jo Atkinson of Oak Grove, LA and Henry Atkinson (Linda) of Rogers, AR; and his close friends, Chester, Darlene Alexander, Kenny and Virginia McNaughton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
