He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Hawthorne; his stepfather Jim Hawthorne; his father Arthur James Onstott; his siblings, Robert James Onstott and Jo Ann Strickland; and his grandparents, James C. Thomas and Ruthanna Thomas.
He is survived by: his aunts, Mary Lou Hammett and Myrtle Trusty; his nephew Brett Strickland; his niece Michelle Strickland; and his great-niece NancyJo Strickland Santee DeVine.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Oak Grove Chapel (200 E Noble St, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
