He is survived by: his wife Elbie Brumfield; his daughter Bobbi Teekel (Alton) of Norwood, LA; his stepdaughter Shelia Spinner (Ricky) of Simmesport, LA; his son William Brumfield (Alicia) of Norwood; his daughter-in-law Sunday Brumfield of Ocklawaha, FL; his sister Judy Murphy (Eddie) of Maryville, TN; his sisters-in-law, Jimmie Lou Brumfield of Springfield, LA, Kay Smith of Denham Springs, LA and Rose Miller of Hillsdale, LA; his brothers, Robert E. Brumfield (Rose) of Denham Springs and Alfred L. Brumfield Sr. (Diane) of Norwood, LA; and his brother-in-law Earl Lanclos of Walker, LA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
